Compass Star is developing an Operational Stability System designed to help owner-operators and fleets improve operational control and decision-making. This structured approach combines inspection, maintenance, and financial insight into one unified system.

The Operational Stability System consists of three components:

OIR: Operational inspection report. A physical inspection with proper documentation, along with operational data including revenue tracking and cost-per-mile visibility.

OMS: Operation maintenance Structure. Preventative maintenance supported by diagnostic reporting to help reduce downtime and maintain consistent performance.

SSR: Stability System Report. Detailed breakdown of cost per mile, marginal cost, maintenance cost per mile, and loaded miles. This provides owner-operators with clear numbers to support sound operational decisions.
